李振华个人简历

一 、 个人简介

李振华,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2005 年本科毕业于河北大学生命科学学院生物工程专业,2015 年于中科院长春应用化学研究所取得理学博士学位。

随后,加入河北大学化学与环境科学学院。申请人长期致力于多功能生物纳米材料的合成及其在生物医药领域的应用。申请人针对传统的药物小分子选择性低、毒副作用大、溶解性差等问题,通过纳米载体负载及靶向修饰等手段,开发出了一系列新型纳米载药体系用于肿瘤的治疗。同时,考虑到传统化疗药物高的毒副作用、易使肿瘤细胞对药物产生耐药性以及难以对转移癌产生理想的效果等问题,申请者在肿瘤的免疫治疗方面做了多篇具有影响力的工作。此外,针对耐药菌的发展及抗生素对其难以发挥作用的问题,申请者在抗耐药菌材料方面也做了一系列有意义的工作。相关工作发表在欧美著名的学术期刊上。迄今为止,已经发表 40 余篇高水平 SCI 学术论文,其中以第一或者通讯作者发表在 Materials Today (IF=21.695),Advanced FunctionalMaterials  (IF=11.805),  Biomaterials  (IF=8.402),  Chemical  Communications(IF=6.834) 等国际顶尖期刊 10 余篇,所有文章累计已被引用 1200 余次。作为课题负责人,正在主持包括国家自然科学基金在内的多项基金。
